The same arguments concur with that of  Llewellyn & Holt (2007) who indicate that judgers are individuals who mostly control their outer world in an endeavor to have personal liberty.   On the other hand, perceivers as Northouse (2013) writes, are adaptable and very flexible persons that can survive in various contexts. Perceivers are also open and spontaneous; thus have the ability to function in their outside world which makes their inner world satisfying (Andrew & Wolvin, 2011). This means that they respond well to various issues that they encounter in their life by making reasonable decisions. I completely agree with the results of the personality type. I often find myself in control of almost everything that is around me. I am also very selective in terms of making decisions that touch on aspects that touch on my life directly. I always have set plans for my life activities. With my structured schedules set, I concur with the results of the personality tests.    I also agree with the results of the personality test as I would terms myself as a perceiver. Just as Northouse (2013) argues, I agree that I am an adaptable person, as I fit in different contexts at different times. I am also very flexible, and open and can improvise different life aspects to favor my lifestyle. It is also on very rare occasions that I find myself stressed out since I easily control my inner world to favor the outer world. Conclusively, the personality test clearly explains my personality type. I agree with the conclusion that I am a judger and a perceiver as per the guidelines explained in the compilation of Northouse (2013).   Read More
