Mind-Body Connection Mind-Body Connection According to theistic physics, there is a possibility of a casual connection between the mind and body with a controversial point of view from scientists. Theistic science claims that mind and body is substance of diverse kind. Researchers call the interaction of emotions, mind, and physic aspects of human experience in life, the mind-body connection (Libby. 2008). Even though proposals portray mind and body as successive discrete degrees, where and how mind and body inter-connect is still an unsolved mystery. It is also not clear how compatible these inter-relations are, if any, and how complete are in the physical world. Descriptions given by formative degree and mid-nature connections are analogous. The operational principle of mind-body connection receives rations internally. Therefore, this connection strongly depends on spirit and mental effects. To begin with, there are vital things that influence connection between people’s minds and bodies. The inter-relation may result in negative or positive response within our bodies. Proponents believe that, people’s bodies do not just respond boldly but there is an internal play connecting mind with the rest of the body. In addition to that, our physical manifestation takes place due to our thoughts and emotions (Hall, 2011). For instance, a joyous memory or emotion may make people feel lighter and relaxed. On the other hand, an upsetting moment may cause a heart to race or make someone feel clammy. The body does not think but feels. Therefore, it is clear that actions occur when mind and body inter-connect. Furthermore, some scientists claim that there is no any connection between mind and body where else others use some facts to explain the connection. Some say that personal growth is the key to mind and body connection since it raises people’s awareness and consciousness as well (Sha, 2006). When people free and expand their minds, they condition beliefs and behavior hence what enters one’s mind contributes to some degree of body reaction. There is a way in which mind shifts. In this case, people rethink how they live and start revolving around suggestions that discovered the conduit between people’s physical and mental status. Even though it seems so odd, it is true that all boundaries and divisions matters of our actions are simply a construct of our thoughts. Those who do not see the relationship between mind and body believe that there is nothing separate in the world of quantum. Moreover, those defying the presence of mind-body connection put across that, following emerging science assumptions the word connection loses its bases without the word separation. It is through utilization of language that people get informed thus creating too much awareness about reality. However, traditional medicine specialists view both mind and body as a dualistic dichotomy. They consider mind and body as simply wholesome aspects but differing (Klein, 2007). Scientific research reveals that, the idea of critical role played by our minds and emotions is a fundamental premise within interrogative medicine. Ancient healing procedures incorporated mind and body connection to heal. In order to achieve good health there should be balanced state of mind, body, and environment. Humans’ body undergoes situations that trigger emotional stress. For example, some situations like loss of a loved through death, separating from a loved one, getting laid-off from work and even moving to a new house may be extreme thus causing anxiety or stress. However, people overcome them by use of fight-to-fight response. In such a situation, the mind links with the body and the latter secretes a hormone called catecholamine. Examples of catecholamine are no epinephrine and epinephrine. In entering the body’s bloodstream these hormones either increases breathing rate or quickens heart hence putting someone in position to deal with the current situation such as fear. Generally, how the mind and body inter-connect is amusing. Nonetheless, for people to understand the connection well, they need to grind information concerning mind-body connection practically through personal experience and above all understand the connection both scientifically and experimentally ( Kendall-Tackett, 2003). Nevertheless, it is recommendable for people to put their focus on spirit transformation, as it is the key controlling our minds, bodies, and health. Today, advise people to consider healing essential no matter the cause. Connection between mind and body can heal cancer and heart diseases through practicing things like yoga and meditation. The connection of mind and body affects our learning in a number of ways. First, nobody has ever seen what makes the connection between mind and body. However, people always know what causes the change. Scientists arraign this mechanism in a category of non-physical elements that comprises thoughts, feelings, and emotions. They are non-physical in the sense that no one can smell, see, hear, touch, taste a feeling or a thought. Nevertheless, these non-physicals have a huge impact on how we think. Study figure out that, mind functions due to an electrical activity brought about by the brain. The body on the other hand is very intimate and observes a lot. Therefore, the impact resulting from mind-body connection is always personal and immediate (Bresler, 2004). In addition, thoughts generated by the connection involved in mind and body helps us learn the nature of our feelings. Through bodies, we can feel the nature of our emotions whereby this happens when mind and body connect. Intrinsically, when the mind and body inter-relate the body with the help of mind transforms the non-physicals into physicals thus giving meaning and purpose of what we imagine or desire. The impact of connection of mind and body help us learn the true nature of reality. It is not possible for a body to experience the physical effect of people’s feelings without the help of a body. Consciousness cannot exist without self-awareness hence without consciousness people would not know life experience as they do. Scientists proved through an experiment that, when mind and body fuse people learn something. Through fusing, memories in the mind involve changes. These changes cause movement of neuron-to-neuron facilitating long-term memory potent ability. They do not only facilitate people’s memory, but also produce synaptic connections involving brain cells vital for acquiring and storing new information. During inter-connection between body and mind, there are neurotransmitters that regulate the movement of intimate relation involving body and mind. This also affects muscle and memory whereby, people learn that a massage can trigger a long-held memory with a lot of powerful awareness (Datcher, 2006). This takes place in the neuromuscular junction where mind and body meet. Body-mind connection helps young ones learn and understand different things, which include learning language, writing, coordinating moves used in dancing or sporting. This occurs due to the growth of people’s neural network whereby brain cells communicate with each other in response to surroundings. This happens no matter the language or culture. With time, the body grows more and the mind transforms to an extent of learning complex stuff like mathematics and playing music. It is recommendable that people should continue expanding and building their minds where and when possible. The structural composition of mind-body connection is capable of stimulating brain in order to improve the capacity of memory and its thinking ability (Pujari & Alton, 2010). Because of neuron reactions, connections triangulate within the mind setting the body to learn and accommodate fresh information. In order to reap maximum benefits of lessons that pose when mind-body connection occurs, scientists suggest that people should develop delight, curiosity, and challenges. This gives rise to wonders, discoveries, and daunts that are essentials of learning. Such a move enables our brains to capture and store countless bits of information as well as developing lifetime skills (Bates et. al, 2011). This suggestion demonstrates peak performance of brain resulting from mind-body connection. Doctors believe one can cultivate the power of learning during exercise as mind and body connects regularly. In summary, it is advisable to provide the brain with tasks or processes that are fresh and new. Mind and body connect during challenges involving games such as chess or square dancing thus presenting the brain with opportunities with such modalities. Theses activities help develop agility responsible for hand and brain coordination. Therefore, the impacts of mind-body connection that help us learn are countless in the sense that, all what is done is because of the connection that takes place between the mind and the body including aging (Nordstrom & Mertz, 2006).
