The abilities difference cause attraction of individuals to one another. In the case of Javier, encourage his ability to provide resources for his family and encourage Alice in being submissive. Then provide alternative approaches in reorientation that satisfy the other individual’s needs. In the case of Javier and Alice, introduce the concept of Alice working as a side income and Javier remains the provider. The action will satisfy both individuals’ needs and encourage the use of the democratic process.
The Alice family is a democratic type where members take the opinions of individuals into consideration before making a decision. The family also gives relatively equal opportunity and attention to both genders. The family of Alice is socially oriented rather than being self-oriented. The family of Javier is self-oriented with the father controlling every decision. The father of Javier overprotected some of his children while neglecting others especially girls.
