Soon you will experience the thing called menarche which is a sign of you becoming a woman. So when you’ll see the red stains on your panties don’t be afraid, it is okay and it is a step toward adulthood. Darling, I also should remind you of the basic hygienic rules which are important to be followed if you want to be healthy. And remember, if you need some advice you can always drop me a line and I will be there for you anytime.

Love you dear (son’s name), You are becoming a man now. Your life is going to change soon and you have to be ready for all these changes. You may have already mentioned that all the parts of your body began to grow. Your hormones cause big changes and soon you will understand that the girls are attractive and will feel that your body reacts strangely to the girls you like. You may feel that your penis grows when you see the girl you like but don’t be afraid, just turn and don’t look down it is ok and it's called a spontaneous erection. Also, your body will surprise you with secretion from your penis which usually occurs at night, it is called nocturnal emission.

Of course, all these things are not the issues usually discussed in public, but you shouldn’t be afraid of them. Your body is your closest friend, remember this.
