What psychology means to me Part one Stress refers to instability caused by external stimuli altering the behavior of an individual. The coping process shows dynamism since they ensure that an individual find the necessary methodology to handle their stresses. Marriage is relative to intimate relationships; they refer to a situation whereby couples love one another and want to tie a note in order to live with one for the rest of their lives, to enhance reproduction. Behavior concerns itself with the act of action and reaction towards stimuli. Self-assessment gives man aspect to learning about his behavior for providing solutions to their problems. Social thinking refers to the process through which the society perceive issues from a simple point of view. Disorders are imbalances brought about because of infection in the brain of human beings. Personality theories explain the behavior of man from early stages of development. Gender, on the other hand, tries to differentiate the sex of man into categories. Social activity refers to the operations that take place within man’s environment. Leisure refers to a situation when an individual takes a rest. Genetics is the generic composition of man’s anatomy. Erogenous zones are sensitive zones found in the body of human beings. Mental stability refers to the good functioning of the brain. Counterpoint is the main point that can be used to generate data. Precedent opportunities act as the main opportunities that present themselves in human beings. Cohabitation refers to a situation when a female and a male live under one roof when they are not married. Sexual esteem is the act boosting sexual feelings in individuals. Individual differences are behavior differences found in individuals. Psychological inquiry is the act of psychology on collecting data. Emotions are internal feelings that influence behavior. Motivation refers to the aspect of psyching up when carrying out a certain activity. Self-reflection tries to look at the gaps in the life of man in order to solve the various problems that affect him. Love covers the aspect of affection among different genders. Friendship occurs when man lives in harmony with one another for the purpose of development. Social avoidance. Adjustments create a sense of adaptability to human beings to stimuli that promote their survival. Personal invention. Attitudes refer to how man perceives several stimuli associated to his environment. Psychotherapy is a methodology used to solve mental processes in human beings. Treatments go hand in hand with psychotherapy, and they ensure that the solution is given to solve problems related to diseases. Disclosure refers to the act of making a psychological factor known. Variables are groups of factors or methods that affect behavior. Empiricism explains the methodology of obtaining data through observation. Behavior approaches are dynamics to how one reacts towards stimuli. Experiments are processes intended to confirm the truth or the false nature of the situation. Control groups refer to favorable groups selected for the purpose of the study. Correlation researches are researches closely interrelated to come up with similar data. Case studies study several aspects of human thinking and behavior; they are selected situations for study purpose. Active listening refers to the process of ensuring full attention from what the client presents. Mental care is the process through which attention is given to the mental operation. Developmental program acts as a schedule during the counseling session through which the purpose of counseling is achieved. Counseling refers to the process of giving psychological attention to clients. Psychological practitioners are psychological professionals. Client needs are psychological problems that affect the clients’ behavior. Medical attention is given when a client has health problems. Information retention is the process of attaining and maintaining attention gained. Psychological session refers to the time when the psychologists have a session together to handle psychological issues. Data measurement refers to the empirical interpretation of data collected. Client analysis acts as a method of obtaining data from the client through empirical observation and tests. Psychological ethics is virtues that relate to the field of psychology. Virtuous considerations ensure that the psychologists and the client do not go against what is required of them during a counseling session. Psychological assumptions are issues ignored due to some specific reasons. Favorable tests are experiments carried out according to the desires of the client. Mnemonics devices refer to the aspect of enhancing the brain to accommodate memories. Rhymes are types of memories used to determine memories. Loci method is the act of taking part in memories in the brain from a virtual point of view. Paradox progress is continuous progress given to the client within a certain period in a successful manner. Clinical psychology refers to the field of psychology that deals with the field of medicine. Surveys refer to methodologies that sue empirical data to study the behavior. Naturalistic observation includes using natural methods of observations to collect data. Subjective well-being refers to the aspect of coerced health. Over-learning includes taking in excess information compared to that which is required of an individual. Dependence refers to the act of not surviving unless there is a favorable factor to make the phenomenon possible. Adaptation is a method used to describe the method of developing stamina towards stimuli. Part two Psychology is a diverse course. Generally, it is used to refer to the study of human behavior and cognitive process. The subject studies our thinking and how we behave on a different exposure to several stimuli. I have used the above terms since they revolve around the man; who is the focus of the subject. Behaviors vary from one person to another, and they are relative from one individual to another. In most cases, people would make different decisions depending on their environments. Their decision would be the same but would be limited with that lies beyond their immediate environment. The 75 terms have a definite relationship towards one another. They are closely related in their meaning and how they apply towards the field of psychology. Personality theories have an aspect of studying behavior, social control and thinking in human beings. The world would lack data without the theories. Some of the personality theories include; psychoanalytic theory and theories of social change. The theories do not go outside their window of explanation. People come and go, but the theories would remain, a small part on them would be the only thing that would undergo through changes. Psychology also depends on research that is correlative to one another. Research comes up with data from all fields of psychology; psychopathology, dynamics in behavior, decision-making process and attitudes. The data obtained can be verified through experiments; that validate the realistic nature of the data obtained from the research. Some examples of the research done in psychology include case studies that form a practical way of obtaining data. In most situations, case studies concentrate their efforts on a selected environment for deriving data and comparisons from both existing and non-existing information. Information in psychology may be presented in empiricism nature. The data only waits to be confirmed as the truth. The world revolves on a daily basis just as behavior changes. People are exposed to different stimuli on a daily basis, shaping their perception and thinking; which results in a dynamic way of reasoning. The growth and development of human beings vary in all aspects. People grow depending on the flavors found in their surroundings. Individuals exposed to the environment with best factors tend to mature fast compared to those who live in unfavorable conditions. Psychology covers the relationships human have towards one another. It tries to identify that human beings act as social beings. Their aim is to ensure that they live in coexistence with one another in their environment. They develop affection towards their opposite sex. This leads to everlasting relationships through the process of marriage. The affectionate relationship brings about the methodologies of reproduction that supports life; the biological aspect of psychology. Disorders affect human thinking behavior. They result from infections, diseases and experiments from the environment human beings live. Psychopathology tries to come up with studies concerning the disorders. In the end, psychologists come up with ways through which to solve the disorders with realistic and measurable methods. Individuals should undergo a process of adjustment in order to fit the society. The phenomenon studies dynamics in the interaction; which determines the fate of their success in terms of living and coexisting with others. Human beings live according to what they see and what they are exposed to on their daily basis. Not anything outside their world can affect them in any way. Therefore, psychology means a lot to me since it tries to explain my world with the simplest ways possible. It solves major problems that affect my people, on a daily basis and me.
