It is a better inspiration for anyone to set goals that should guide and direct them in everyday chores. By doing that, individuals have something they look up to achieve in life or school. These goals should be set based on career, personal, and professional goals among other related matters. In the same context, precaution should be put in place to enhance the health is watched over .For instance, one should schedule and assign some time to go for health checkup, this ensures that the body and its organs are operating normally. On the other hand, effective communication is significant in any professional field (Mossler, 2013). One should guarantee that they could express their thoughts out clearly and efficiently. This plays a major part in facilitating ones professional objectives in any field. A student can have an educational goal of attaining a mean grade of A’s in all the subjects, these calls for the student to be more determined and focused to ensure that they hit their educational objectives. In the same context, getting A’s for the entire subjects can help students have their dream job. It motivates the learners and constructs them be more persistent in their studies (Cohen, 2013). 2. For each of your three goals, apply the SMART goal process and explain each component. (Review the SMART Goal Article and Activity from Week 3 to help answer this question.) For objectives to be achieved, the SMART rule has to be applied. The rule states that for the goals to be achieved, they must be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound. In the same context, after duration of a particular time, one should be able to clarify the change they have experienced. Moreover, after several visits for health check up, one should be able to state whether the goal is achievable, and if the proposed time is realistic within the given time (Cohen, 2013). On the other hand, effective communication is achievable when proper channels of the SMART objectives are followed. One should be up to date with who you are targeting in your effective communication; moreover, one should be in a position to see if the objective is quantifiable. Similarly, an individual ought to know if the target can be attained in the recommended time if it has an impact, and whether the goal has a timeline to meet. A student should be in a position to apply the smart law efficiently to be able to attain A’s in the whole subjects.
