Being able to make them accept the fact that they may still be able to do their everyday routine and yet, they are considering going through depression is the key to meaningful learning of the psychological condition. Also, engaging them in activities that would support the following ways to overcome depression such as letting go of a balloon with all of one’s hurts and problems in life written in it, saying out loud what hurts them and finally let their hearts out, and etc. would really help.
