Wilson argues that human beings have the adaption to live in harsh areas of the world, but the mind is not able to live that life. This is true based on other arguments that human nature is non-existent in normal time frames, thus, though people may be able to survive in places that are not conducive they are not happy being there. Their mind is under the imagination of living in better places. He explains that human beings generate much in nature. This relates to the symbolism of life, fear in humans, and symbols of power using animals in society. This is true from the bases that humans are political animals, where they have an innate aspect to use what is available making complex things from them (Paul, 2009, p.43).

He argues that humans have a destructive part of nature. Where humans destroy what is around including forests and grasslands. This is ironic to the fact that by using what humans destroy, they can become richer. Humans do not protect nature enough. With time, humans love nature more, thus getting a rational aspect of life (Paul, 2009, p.43).
