? Research Paper The existence of Telepathy is debated much know, some years before the term was not even know by the local man but know it is discussed much. The communication of impressions which may be of any kind from one persons mind to another, without any physical interaction independently of the known channels of sense is what telepathy means (Atkinson, 2008) The experiment of emotion and non-emotion cards conducted to determine the existence of telepathy, but as an experiment may was not the last answer to the questions many points occurred related to it, like was the variable of the study controlled or did the facial expression of the subject affect the result, were they confident or not etc There are many other experiments that have occurred related to the subject and many theories prove that somehow the paranormal senses work and communication can be made mind to mind. Telepathy Chapter 1 1. Introduction The ESP experiment through emotion and non-emotion cards evident the existence of telepathy or not, whether the conduction in a particular environment influence the experiment by any ways? Mathew (2005) suggests that, telepathy experiments might actually have their results due to clairvoyance or precognition. The experiment was conducted to mark the subject’s ability to communicate mind to mind. Atkinson (2010) stated that, it is one of the phenomena of Thought-Transference in which some words, cards or numbers are guessed without any interaction between the operator and the subject. There are a number of experiments conducted over time referring to the existence of paranormal behaviors of human senses amazing the researchers. Telepathy was not a term so common some years before but now it is used by common people. Its history is quite old; when the English men were ruling India they experienced the communications people there would make without couriers, while they waited for the news to come to them by a physical mean (Panchadasi, 2008). In an emotion and non –emotion card experiment two groups were made one with emotion cards and other with non-emotion cards. Emotion cards had five different pictures and non-emotion cards had five shapes. Set of 25 cards each was distributed to two people each group, one operator and the other subject along with a score sheet, the cards were guessed and the total number of correct answers were counted at the end of the score sheet by all the sets who performed the experiment. There are a number of quires that come to mind while examining the experiment as the caliper of each person, the experience of each age group varies. The older theories about telepathy also debates on the confidence level of the stimuli. Tart (2009) suggests that, if the subject is confident the amount of right suggestions is more predictable, while a confused subject is more likely to mistakes. It may be right in general but, whether it really affects the existence of telepathy is questionable. When any experiment is conducted an environment is created whether willing or unwilling which emotive the stimuli. This arousal of expressing may cause a foul result, especially in terms of telepathy. Thus, telepathy is a possibility to occur; it may be a like possibility or a remote one. Chapter 2 2. Discussion It is quite evident that there are people who could communicate mind to mind, whether or not the science proves it but the existence of supernatural senses, or the use of senses above normal is cited. What is to occur may not be known by everyone but someone may know it. Parapsychologist are trying to prove it through experiments from years but as experimentation is a process and the ability of a process is less than perfect the things are to be cleared. The emotion and non-emotion card experiment may have it results effected by the expressions showed by the subject, the operator may guess the card by clue the facial expression is communicating, it should be pointed out here that, the operator of emotion card may guess the subject’s card because it may emote softness by looking at the picture of a baby but the non-emotion cards rarely have the chance to be guessed as they emote nothing much. The experiment stated by Gelade and Harvine (1975) also suggests that emotions could arouse by creating an environment with pictures, video, life incidents, sounds or the combinations of them, which is why it’s important to study telepathy under neutral conditions too so that its evidence is determined. A very interesting word associated with telepathy or precognition is ‘Vibes’ possibly good or bad. Also everyone would have heard or said about having or getting good vibes or bad vibes, but does it relates to telepathy that may be doubted. According to Abelson et al. (2004) people may claim false about having institutions, which means the experiment may suggest whether the ‘Vibes’ they get actually exist or not. Taking the phenomenon lightly they term is also used as to create fun or do what they want to and let others do it too. According to Moss and Gengerelli (1967) it is suggested that if there is telepathy it exist only when there is distance between the two minds. It is also said that the one communicating should be emotional enough to convey, while the receiver should be relaxed to receive what is transmitted. This may be termed as the sender should have power in form of emotions to communicate and the receiver should concentrate to get it. it could be said that the process belong to strong minds, that are capable of understanding and experience emotions above the boundaries of commonsense. Here the concept of confidence rating should also be highlighted that a mind should be confident enough to let the unusual happen, while confusion is the opposite of it. If it is talked about, and experienced by people telepathy’s existence is sure to be there. But the ability to know things that are going to be held in the future or what other people distant or around are thinking is not easy or normal to know. People are born with senses or without one of many of them. It is very possible that they are born with extra sense that is paranormal in terms of psychology. Chapter 3 3. Result Statement Whether weak or strong evidence provided, believed or not, parapsychology is working to prove it or to the major content understand telepathy. Telepathy exists and can be determined through experience, sighting, and feeling or by the theories that proves its existence. It is possible that the identification is influenced by the surrounding. The results do prove its existence poor, but do not deny it at all. There are many existence in our society that are doubted to be there at all, still that do not empower them not to exist or experienced. A normal person with his life going smooth may not even bother wondering about such uncertain senses which proves telepathy to occur, that is why scientist or other people not associated to subject don’t believe in such phenomenon, but once or twice it happens to everyone that they know what is going to happen next, like you may know who is behind the door even before reaching near to it because it came to your mind out of nowhere. 4.
