These psychologists stipulate that all human behavior patterns are influenced by the psychological adaptations that have evolved in the human mind over time, to resolve recurrent quandaries happening in day to day living. Thus, the behavioral aspect universally depicted in all creatures, is undoubtedly important to evolutionary psychologists in their interpretations for behavior and mind nature. These traits are developed form natural selection, which is the area that evolutionary psychologists are interested in.
Natural selection is a profoundly consummate area of evolutionary biology, developed by Darwin. Ii stipulates that the species of living organisms are dynamic and change over space and time. Species that existed in the past are extremely different from currently existing species. Thus, diverse populations distributed all over the entire globe depict different characteristics and behavior patterns and body form. All organisms share a common origin and ancestries from where they where diversified to occupy different and expansive niches in other environments (Badcock, 2000).
Thus, the inherent similarity between the currently existing organisms reflects the inheritance of characteristics from a common ancestor. However, the evolution is exceptionally gradual and slow. In the process of evolutionism, creatures develop more favorable adaptations that help them to cope with existing quandaries and strains in their environment. The need for enhancements begins from mere sentimental perceptions. Apparently, natural selection is a profound determinant in the gradual development of human traits.
This analogy is traced from the fact that as life began from central Africa and the creatures diverged to other parts of the world, they utilized different environmental niches and environments. Thus, they had to build up convenient traits to help them survive in the immediate niches. This was the primary source o0f the differences in human traits. That is why we have diverse races. As the African lingered in the equatorial zones, they had to adapt to the intensive sunlight rays by synthesizing melanin, the coloring skin pigment.
This aided them to brave the vagaries of nature. This was undoubtedly as a result of natural selection. The other people abandoned the equatorial zones and moved to the temperate lands among other areas (Badcock, 2000). Thus, numero9ud human traits develop from pressures due to natural selection. For instance, it is peculiar why people fear some things and not others and have different preferences from their counterparts. Evolutionary psychologists argue that the human hormones, transmitted from parent to offspring, are the major determinants of human sexuality from a biological viewpoint.
It is notable that the men possess high levels of androgens while their feminine counterparts possess large amounts of estrogens and progestin. Thereby, the dichotomous in gender arises for that fundamental fact of difference in hormone type and concentration in the respective sexes. The theory of sex derived from evolution considers sexuality dichotomies and gender differences to result from distinct sexual specialization, the environmental location of the sexes and inheritance from previous beings and performance linkage.
As a result of the differences
