Therefore, after acquiring the general idea about the issue, the actual assessment or storming takes place leading to varied conflicts among co-members. Thus, it is also known as the storming or the conflict stage (Alleman & Colorado, 2004). Subsequently, the leader attempts to resolve the conflict so as to maintain coordination and synchronization among the members of the group. This facilitates in resolving the conflicts among the members thereby accepting the various group norms and conventions. Therefore, all the members of a group seek to cooperate with one another along with descriptive views, ideas and judgments so as to ease the complexity of any problem. This enhances the commitments of the members in order to obtain the success of the goals. Thus, though this process a team takes shape of an efficient and cohesive unit working mutually thereby utilizing the talents of one another to attain the goals which marks the performing stage. Therefore, balanced contribution leads to the resolution of the conflict leading to success of the issue resulting in the contravention of the team.
