The paper "The PPD Reflective Summary" is a personal professional development. It put forwards the approach of the grow model goal, how a person should analyze it work for betterment. Defining a problem, finding a validate solution to it and making it presentable. It also motivates a person to set goal ahead for himself who would motivate him to work hard and gradually lead to better development as an individual to be responsible punctual and open to criticism. It helps a person to think about what one is learning from the education they are receiving, they need to be fully aware of the surrounding and adaptive to changes. I worked in group for my presentation on this project which gave me an opportunity to explore my dimension as an individual. I was able to mix with them easily and convince them with my ideas, tried making it easy to move with one vision after all that is what fashion industry demands interacting with new people and generating new ideas to satisfy the consumers. At points I had to convince the rest with my point with valid information and at points I was to be convinced. I enjoyed the group discussions we had. As an individual I get to understand my group members well and see how well I could gel with them, what strengths each posses and how can we make that work in our favor. This actually encouraged us to work as a team and encounter all the challenges we faced together. Discussing the ideas with our teacher helped me to evaluate where I stand. It gave me a brief.
