Other categories like relation, quality, and quantity were derived attributes, which were meaningful when assigned to an object that has substance. For him, the world consisted of persons and separated substances with common attributes. Aristotle gave an account that rotating spheres carried the Sun, Moon, Stars and planets around a stationary unique earth.
