A just society is a place where there is no hatred among the people (Sherman, 2006). Every individual needs to be treated equally as stated by the law as everyone was created equally. Every individual in a just society needs to realize their personal best without confining opportunities of other individuals.

In conclusion, in a given society, justice has little to do with the people. It is likely that for justice to be established in a society, some people need to be removed from others. This means that justice depends on the functionality of a given society. On the other hand, justice is not an act of punishing the offenders (Sherman, 2006). Different individuals think that a just society is formed by offering every individual basic right. This may not be true as not every right may give justice to every individual such as freedom of speech. A just society needs to make sure that there are good conditions for it to flourish (Sherman, 2006). It should make sure that the environment is safe and order and peace have prevailed among individuals. Read More
