The above research was through interview of the respondents, which entailed the below steps: Preparation for the interview, which involved making the arrangement for issues like private setting, transportation of members and staff and the refreshments that, is to be of use. The necessary equipments to be of use such as a tape recorder, field notebooks and pens, interview packet information sheet, interview guide and interview consent forms. After the interview, the materials to place in the envelope such as completed archival information sheet, signed information sheet by the participant, labeled interview guide notes, labeled cassette notes and signed reimbursement forms (Rugg, 2006).
