Introduction Alcohol sale has got problems that follow if the right requirements are not followed this is because if a government does not take the right action then it will mean that a lot of people will waste time in bars due to the argument that they are getting pleasures from such places but the fact is that they get out of control and do things that are not recommended in a nation. There are many risks that are associated with alcohol taking like, in the cases of high school students they will be forced to make use of their school fees or other even drop out from schools and get employed in such places. This means that most of the young generation will be spoiled by alcohol and will find it hard to deal with problems of lack of principles to have control of their lives. There are diseases that are associated with alcohol and a government should ensure that they work out the regulations that are important so that a lot of income is not lost in treatments and hospitals rather than improving economy. This has the indication that most of the people who like using alcohol are found to have diseases that require attention but most of these people are poor and lack income for treatment this will imply that they are required to be trained and advised so that they can end use of alcohol which is harmful to their health. Alcohol users mainly the teens do not have hopes for live this is because they claim that they are doing this to reduce problems but what they get in return is disease that are not avoidable and controllable.( David,1997, pp, 95) Alcohol has other effects like a person who is a user of alcohol continuous becomes an addict this will mean that this person will not be able to know why it is wrong to drink. But what they are only out to do is to drink so that they can solve their problems but they raise the problems to standards that can be reached for prevention measures to be taken. From a research that was carried out in UK it showed that about 60% of addicts are high school students and many of these students have conducted diseases like HIV/AIDS because they lack control when they drink. Another problem with this drink is that it leads a person to a state that he or she will not be able to live without and they can either get money from illegal practices or from other practices that are not accepted by a nation. From a research that was carried out it showed that many of the high school students are addicts and have gone to worst stages of becoming drop outs so that they can get money to purchase this drink. About 70% of young girls are involved in practices like prostitution so that they can have income that can assist them to purchase this alcohol. This practice has been to many of these students getting in conduct with people who are sick from dangerous disease leading to reduction of life expectancy of people. This has the indication that high use of alcohol affect the years that a person is expected to live due to the fact that they under go many challenges in life. Alcohol is seen to lead to changes in fertility rates of both females and males. This is because for males the rates that a person is able to get children is seen to be high the reason is that this person has no other things that are important to do so as to earn a living but they engage in taking alcohol. (David, 1997, pp78) This has the indication that such a person will be highly productive but without means of taking care of these children which he has given birth. Females who take alcohol are not able to give birth more frequently as required. This is because alcohol has effects to lives of people and mainly the reproductive systems are affected. This is from a report that was given by a doctor in UK. The report showed that about 45% of males who are users of alcohol have many children as compared to others who have time to work for their families. This is due to the fact that most of alcohol users have a lot of time for resting rather than carrying out other practices that are important this will mean that such a person will not think of what children will use on future leading to many children without proper care. It is a fact that most of children from families where parents are alcohol users do not complete their education due financial problems. Another problem with alcohol taking is that most of families are broken up due to a conflict that arises every time a person comes drunk. Children from such family will move out to seek parental care from other places where they feel they can get assistance this will lead to such a child becoming a street child or be involved in other practice like taking alcohol and other drugs depending on the peers that this child will have. This will mean that nations will loss many people who are important due to a problem that has been caused by parents in dealing with their children. Alcohol users have no manners in that they are shameless when doing things even if they are bad to the society. A drunkard will be forced to commit a crime like theft due to the fact that this person is in need of money to buy alcohol and this will be a threat to this person because he or she may loss his or her life in return. The problem with this drink is that if a person is an addict he or she will not be able to leave this behaviour as long as he or she lives. (Daniel, 1996, pp56) The mostly affected people are teenagers this is because they are in their worst stage when things to them have to be done practically. The teenagers with parents who are drunkards will not have acceptable behaviour as they will copy what there parents are doing. This will mean that in a family there will be no one to be used as the role model due to the behaviours that are done by their parents. It is very dangerous to this kind of family where parents are drunkards because there children will follow the same suit. Mainly these children will not afford this drink but what they will do is to find other ways of getting money so as to satisfy their desires this will be done through a child been involved in bad practices that are not acceptable in a nation. From a research that was done it showed that about 78% of young people who are criminals have this behaviour due to lack of parental guidance and lack of money been that most of the problem is alcohol use. This is because a child without food will not survive this life without getting substitute which will be to take other people things. Many parents who have no time for their children are the drunkards as they leave the house very early in the morning and return late at night. This will mean that such a parent will not know what a child has been doing as they will be out of their senses during the time when they come home. This will imply that they will see that they can not waste time with their children when they are pressed by there desires to go and meet their friends who are drunkards like them. From a research that was carried out it showed that about fifty percent of children lack parental care mainly due to the fact that there parents are users of alcohol. (Daniel, 1996, pp, 45) A family with a father who is a drunkard will be forced to sell all that is in their family without any regard to future lives of the children this will mean that such children will not have better lives in future like the rest from other families that are not drunkards. There is a problem with many addict of this drink as it is a drink that is sold cheaply by many nations meaning that they have allowance to all people to have access to use this drink. This is a clear indication that use of alcohol will lead to further decline in economy of many nations in world. There is need for the government to ban sale of alcohol at night this is because there are many dangers that are associated with alcohol use during night time like wars and killings and other dangers to teens. This means that the new sellers have to receive licenses from the authorized group if they have to sale this drug to people. The application that are made should follow the requirements that are required by health officers this is because alcohol is associated with health danger meaning that they have to ensure that alcohol sales will be done in limited time so that there are no cases of over drinking of people that can lead to lack of control . There are many instances that have been recorded like a case where a pier plaza was threatened to close down due to what was described by staff as a drunken late night incident. The police officers that were available during that time showed that there were many risks that were related to drinking past the time that is set. The reasons for a government to ban the alcohol sale at night is because most of the alcohol users yell a lot during the night meaning that they make noise to people who have other better things to do such people will disturb other and therefore the need for a police involvement in banning alcohol sale at night so that they can do away with noise which is a form of pollution to a nation. (David, 1997, pp67) There is a research that was carried out which showed that a senior police lambasted the culture of drinking and youth violence which led to a death of a person in a bar this is a clear indication that there is need to do away with cases of allowing police to be involved ion controlling alcohol use to some extend. This imply that even though police can be important to deal with people who go against the set rules of selling alcohol there are also dangers that such people will harm others when dealing with wrong doers. There is the indication that those who sale alcohol should be sure of the type of people whom they sale to so that in case of problems they can deal with them in the right manner. There is also the need to have those who price alcohol cheaply so that they can be dealt with this is because they make this drink readily available to all meaning that even the school students will have access to alcohol. Such people will see the pleasure of going out to use alcohol as the prices are affordable. This means that those parents who do not take care of their families, the students who go against the rights that are expected by government should be dealt with, also those who live without intimidation or abuse should be deal with so that there can know what is right to do in exchange of their bad behaviours. Alcohol leads to reduction in production in a nation the reason is that people have no time to work but the time that they have is only to drink and waste time. This means that a nation that has many people who are alcohol users will find it hard to go about poverty changes that take place in a nation. This is a clear indication that a nation will be forced to borrow so that they can get enough income for the rapidly growing nation because what is been done by the people is not of importance any more to their lives. It is very much costly for a nation to have many people who use alcohol and mainly the teenagers this is because the next generation will be made of people who have no life and hopes to live in and have good lives. This means that if a parent is not responsible to a child then it will lead to problems in such family as the children will engage in practices that are not acceptable in a nation to change economy. This means that a parent should be responsible to the children so that they can deal with dangers of bad behaviours that may lead to effects in long run to the lies of these children. Alcohol concentration is also important this is due to the fact that if alcohol is very strong then it will lead to further effects to live of people. Alcohol is seen to cause a liver disease that is very dangerous to human health. This is because it will burn liver part which is important and has its functions in body of an individual. Such a person will find it hard to deal with this disease because there is no way through of dealing with liver destruction. This is from a report that a doctor showed that most of the alcohol users are found of this disease mainly because they make use of strong alcohol. Most of night drug users are attacked at night this is because such a person is not conscious and has no control leading to attacks by other who know what they are doing. This means that most alcohol users are left out without income only after a person has been paid going to bar will lead to failure of proper thinking meaning that it will be hard for this person to have control. There was a research that was carried out where by a person by the name Judith who worked in an ambulance had hard times as they received calls from people mainly during Fridays and Saturdays where many people were attached at night. Most of nations lack political leaders who are controversial enough so as to make change to drug users. This is because most of leaders do not feel safe when they have to address such issues to people as they claim that these people who use alcohol have reasons for such use and there is no need to deal with them. The problem arise with leaders as they will not accept to tell these people use of alcohol is wrong only with a notion that it is a way of saving their lives. There is need to change the way alcohol is been sold where some countries have tried to make use of run bottle shops so that they can deal with alcohol users, this is important because to buy alcohol from the local corner shop is a convenient way for most of people but for teenage gangs they take advantage of this situation as they see that they can terrorize the owners of these shops so that they can get this alcohol been sold to them under age and have control of supply which might make things more tougher for the sellers.( Alice,1999, pp, 37) This is important but the problem is that most of teens will be spoiled by use of alcohol and will engage in practices that are not acceptable in community which will lead to conducting of dangerous disease and other dangers that are caused by use of alcohol. What can be done to do away with taking of alcohol extensively will be through making it harder and more expensive so that the buyers find it hard to consume more than what they can afford. This is important because it will lead people to make use of limited alcohol and teens will be eliminated from use of alcohol as they lack income to purchase it. countries like UK have tried to make use of this culture of aggressive philistinism where all too many display total contempt for learning, education and manners so that they can make people aware that alcohol is not good and has draw backs that make it to be banned from people in the nation. This is because they value their lives even though they like to drink but what they decide to do is to make sure that even if they take a drink that is expensive then the place where it is sold is nice and comfortable so that they can feel that they are not in danger. But the problem is that even if this drink if expensive many people will strive so that they can get money to purchase it this will lead to stress to many families as they will lack their basic needs due to the fact that there parents are not ready to provide for their needs.( Alice,1999, pp, 45) Alcohol should be dealt with from the root that is the buyers so that they can know why it is bad to use it and from this point then they will have a view that they are not supposed to drink so that they can save their lives. Families that have people who take alcohol are always in danger of treating the user because any time this person can be sick which will mean that there is need for doctor attention and the only solution to do away with alcohol will be high fines to users so that they can be prevented from the use of this drink. What a nation has to do is to ensure that they provide restrictions that will lead to reduction of alcohol use. This will work if they come up with acts that are important so that they ensure the operations that work in these places are in control. This is like intoxicating liquor act that defines a restaurant as a place that is structurally adapted had used for the purpose of supplying meals to public. This will mean that threw is well set time that is best so that the time that is set by this authority as the permitted hours of trading are followed under the legislation that is given. Such restaurants are places that are used by mainly the drunkards before they enter to bars and other places that are involved with selling of this drink this will imply that such people have to follow the set time so that the people will not have places to get what they require. This order should be allowed only to people who prove to be careful and serious so that they can deal with dangers that a company selling at late hours. This order will mean that a person who requests this order should be ready to pay what will be wasted in time that is set so that the government can be out of control of dangers that take place during night. Another measure that a nation can take so that it can do away with selling alcohol mainly after the set time is ensure that the prices for this drink is higher than expected. This is through raising the taxes that are set so that they can make the purchase of this drink very hard to many people. This will only work in countries that have laws so that they can deal with the laws breakers who are not ready to follow the set standards for selling the drink. High prices will include taxing sellers so that they are not able to purchase the product which will further affect those who buy from such sellers. Another thing for a nation to do is to ensure that they deal with parents who are not responsible to their families due to use of this drink. This will be through fining them heavily so that they can feel the pain. This will work if the government involves the society in curbing drink of alcohol. Nations like UK have already dealt with this problem as they have priced this product heavily so that only few people are able to afford it and meaning that only the rich will be able to purchase this product. This is important as it will save income that is required for purchasing of products for the family rather than getting money for alcohol. There is need to involve the police force in that police have power and authority will be able to deal with this problem in ensuring that closure of these refreshment places are done in the right time. This will be possible through having patrol police officers who will ensure that no one will go against this set time.
