How the Master's Degree in Business Communication Will Contribute to the CareerDuring my working career I have realized that in order for me to improve my chances to achieve a higher level of success in the corporate world I must improve my credentials and capabilities. I am very motivated to start studying a Masters Degree in Business Communication at the University of St. Thomas due to the fact that this university has one of the best graduate business communication programs in the world.

I have been working as a personal banker since last April. One of the most important aspects of this job is the interaction I have with the bank’s clients. The Masters Degree in Business Communication will help me improve my verbal and written communication skills as well as my negotiation skills. One of my career goals is to move up the corporate ladder into a managerial position. My chances of achieving that goal will greatly increased by completing a graduate degree in business. One of the critical skills that all success managers must possess is excellent communication skills.

A Masters in Business Communication will develop in me the knowledge and skill-set I need to gain vast exposure to special courses such as world renowned faculty, myriad classroom demography and lastly the practical training embedded in a holistic curriculum. Other important skills that I will obtain from this educational opportunity include the ability to perform research, analytic skills, and people skills. All of these abilities will help me a lot in the workplace. One of the hottest trends in the workplace is the use of teamwork.

Once I complete a master in business communication my ability to lead teams will be enhanced. I need to pursue this graduate degree in order to achieve career advancement, a higher level of income, and the self satisfaction improving my level of education.
