Why do I want to be a Teacher? I want to be a teacher because I want to contribute to the society in the same way the society helped me grow as an individual. I believe becoming a teacher is indeed a very quintessential aspect of one’s development. This is because a teacher has the task of reforming the whole society and it is his role that basically defines how the future generations are going to be, and how they would carry their own basis with the changing times. I want to be a teacher because I have seen how teachers in my day and age of study used to look like, and I want to adopt their persona so that I could envision success within my future.
I also want to be a teacher because it helps outlines my mission to impart education to the ones who need it the most – the underprivileged few who basically look forward to getting their act together, and performing at their very best. If I become a teacher, I would see things through and find out where I can learn more as well. This will help me grow as an individual and take things in a head-on fashion. It would instill in me the much needed confidence to set things right for the future and to shape up my actions and behaviors in the coming times.
Lastly, I want to be a teacher because it basically defines who I am and what I really want to do at the end of the day.
