A coach is a skilled person and he lets the client lead.

Mrs. Johnson is a 68 years old patient facing multiple chronic health. She started developing medical complications at the age of 62 years when she suffered from a myocardial infarction.  This health complication is treatable if the medication is administered on time. The disease is due to some the lifestyle practices such as failure to exercise and excessive consumption of food with high-fat contents.

I am a 38-year-old female living with my husband and 3 school-age children in Bowen, North Queensland. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) 5 years ago with symptoms occurring on and off but with a progressive course. As a mother and wife, I have to perform various household chores and activities of daily living which have been severely affected by this condition.

I live with my family which includes my husband and two small children who go to school. My home is a low set one, with 4 steps, and has 2 levels inside with my bedroom and bathroom on the upper level. Being a disabled woman after having a traumatic brain injury the last year, challenges such as cognitive, physical, emotional and independent functioning exists for me.

My initial encounter with the mother was during her subsequent antenatal visits. During these visits, most women exhibit constant psychological alteration to pregnancy. Some of the psychological problems that DB exhibited include the inability to institute communication, increased anxiety, inability to deal with stress, failure to prepare and plan for the baby, and inappropriate actions or responses.

Human beings have always modified the environments they live or work in into particular shapes, designs and arrangements in order to improve suitability for achieving particular goals and functions. The decisions that are made with regard to the mode of design to adopt in the working or living spaces are crucial in the realization of the anticipated quality of life.
