Indeed, nurses do a very tough and challenging task that need to be properly rethought. As caregivers, they should also be provided with the necessary care because it can not only provide a conducive working environment for them, but help them to deliver high quality medical care to their patients. To deal with a case like Julie’s, nurses should be provided with a safe working environment, provided with tips to offer quality services, manage their own health and protect themselves from any risk and distress.
