I believe religious scriptures should be interpreted in the broader sense of contemporary issues when vegetarianism has become more relevant because it is healthier.

The article reveals insight into the religious scriptures and cultural paradigms that guide human society. Religion is important because it helps people to conform to specific rules and guidelines that allow them to live peacefully within the community. Socio-religious groups become essential pillars of culture that promote emotional and social stability and motivate people towards good life that takes into consideration the welfare of others. But at the same time, I believe that the tenets of scriptures should be interpreted with flexible beliefs that can encompass the changing environment. God as the creator is a fundamental tenet that unifies diverse cultural and religious beliefs. Therefore, religious and cultural diversity should be considered from the broader perspective of what is right.
