The following are some of the strategies of communicating change in practice1. Tailoring the message-The communication intended for an individual basing on the information provided by the individual.2. Targeting the message to some segmented audience-Communication intended for subgroups centered on group membership or characteristics such as gender or sex, age, race, cultural language, background, and other “psychographic” characteristics3. Use of narratives-Communication provided in the form of a story, entertainment education or testimonial.4. Framing the message-Communication that bears the same messages in different ways (e.g., what is gained or lost by making a choice or taking an action)ReferenceBuerhause, P. (2007).
