The Aboriginal population refers to a collection of people from different cultural backgrounds and one of their centers is in Toronto. A nurse can also create awareness of where people can go to visit such people through websites and also ask for help from non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

Campaigning for gender equality for women feels the burden the most. Such women do not have people to depend on. Therefore, to make them feel like a part of society, having campaigns to educate people on gender equality would help to curb such situations (The Homeless Hub, 2015).

At personnel levels, a registered nurse should support and encourage the reorganization of such people by the government through the set policies. A nurse should also join campaigns like ‘walk the talk” which are meant to assist in the reduction of racism which is one of the major factors that has led to an increase in the aboriginal homeless population. It is also necessary to create change in the community systems to enable people to treat the homeless population as part of society and involve them in projects that will reduce their cultural and historical trauma (Somerville, 2013).
