However, they need to note that the pain and trauma associated with the diseases themselves far outweigh the discomfort of vaccination. Prevention is better than cure and should be embraced as the means to advocate for immunization programs in the country. Failure to advocate for vaccination will lead to a waste of resources in a bit to cure diseases that would have otherwise been prevented. Immunization thus saves time and money.
