Equally, the practices such as infrastructure support, resources for empowerment and the quality for leadership are attributed to the essentials for quality result.

All these results are attributed to the macro system level. On the case of micro system level, nursing practice was moved to management of outcomes from tasks.In conclusion, sustainability was found to be attributed to multiple factors at the two system levels. Hence, supplementary study is necessary on the theory of sustainability.
