Qn. 1

When questions influence the answers provided in nursing research, questions are said to be biased depending on their structure and the way that an interviewer asked a respondent a question. Importantly, qualitative researchers should recognize biased questions and rephrase the questions to avoid direct answers. Nonetheless, research questions should be clear, neutral, understandable, and sensitive with the questions structured in an approach that provides more information. In addition, it is crucial to ensure that the questions were phrased in a manner that the answers provided information regarding the phenomenon under study. In effect, structuring questions in an open-ended approach to provide extra information, other than Yes/No answers, is the most influential approach to structure the questions since they avoid biased answers while studying questions exhaustively.

Qn. 2

Networked computers that operate in a shared network connection, in the workplace are a vital approach to sharing information since they connect individuals in the workplace. Other than this approach, information can be shared through the Internet, which is the most efficient method of sharing information in contemporary society. In line with this, information should be shared through media such as email, which is one of the official tools that people use to pass information in the workplace. On the other hand, websites work as an important tool to share information while social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter also exemplify the use of technology to pass information in the workplace.
