Though, this will be time consuming and challenging I will bring a positive health care organization into actuality for their patients’ and them (Abood, 2007, p.1). I will work towards creating proposal, policy altering or vetoing other nurses’ proposals, and/or considerably influencing the functioning of health policy.

Through these, I will try and bring out change in the current health policy scheme. I will achieve these by conducting health workshops that will assist other nurses understand the current health issues. Using the workshops I will provide essays to the nurses and introduce new nurse to well experienced nurses encouraging new nurses to work as mentors (Abood, 2007, p.1). Using the notion of Potential Power of Numbers, I will encourage nurse to feel powerful among them within the health system.
