There are numerous ethical dilemmas that nurses and doctors have to deal with in their practice.

Ethics in medical practice are meant to protect both the medical practitioner and the patient. In addition, ethics protect the image of medical workers. Thus, ethics are beneficial to health workers.  It is evident that medical practitioners operate under two sets of ethics.  The first set of ethics defines them as human beings. This indicates that their work is subject to the ethics of society according to the notion of rights and wrongs.  On the other hand, they are under professional ethics. Thus, a doctor or a nurse should work according to the two sets of ethics. Logical decision-making is critical among health workers. In addition, their decisions should be constrained by the two sets of ethics. To avoid the ethical dilemmas witnessed in the video clip, nurses should make their decision after considering the advantages and disadvantages of the outcome. In addition, they should make decisions according to their social and professional responsibilities.
