The personality of an individual can be determined through interviews. The interviews aid in understanding an individual in terms of mannerism, objectivity and aspects of critical thinking. The traits also provide a basis of measurement based on job performance, attitudes, satisfaction and the inherent outcomes (Boller 158).

The traits are fundamentally valuable to the companies with WAH agents in the sense that they help in getting people who can make decisions and deliberate on issues with utmost precision (Klein 23). The traits are important in the sense that they make it easy for the companies to make the necessary adjustments especially where there are flaws. The traits also help the companies in understanding the intellectual capacity of individuals as appropriate. These traits are important to me because they help in getting qualified people for the job.

It also helps in understanding the diversity of individuals. Essentially, the traits help in understanding how individuals interact and build relationships in the areas of work. These traits are primarily important to me because they will help in the future in making critical decisions.
