Besides strengths, every individual confront some flaws; however, it is important that one should act in a way to utilize weaknesses in a constructive manner. In a similar manner, I am an altruistic person that often becomes a limitation in this coherent and acquisitive world. However, a balanced approach with my strengths and weaknesses have turned me into a steady and ambitious individual, essential for becoming a successful leader to bring positive change in the society. Leadership has always played an important role in the development and success of an organization.
Personally, it is the responsibility of a leader to take along every member of the team in one direction while availing benefiting opportunities and resolving problems and issues. In other words, a leader has always the steering to bring a fruitful change or end up in failure. Although effects of leadership are often vague; however, one can observe its impact on behavior of the individuals working under a leadership. Such an understanding of leadership has facilitated me in becoming a thriving leader by understanding different attitudes and behavior of individuals working under my leadership.
One of the major confrontations in a leadership is diverse thinking of individuals, and this is the major challenge confronted while developing a vision. As a leader, I always toss few aspects of my vision in front of my workers while listening to every opinion and suggestion, valuing them, and at the end of the day, taking different individual goals and turning them into a shared vision in favor of the organization. Such approach has always been beneficial in creating a positive and constructive environment where discussions provide a sense of ownership related to the decision to my workers that enrich the process of tasks performed.
