The matter regarding product availability is also something that should be discussed during the course of this paper.This section shall include a detailed description of the study’s research design as well as the instrumentation that would be used to gather the necessary information needed so that the researcher could come to a conclusion. The methodology of the data collection and its analysis shall also be discussed, with the researcher’s hypothesis being mentioned and explained further towards the last part of this section.

This study shall be approached through the usage of the qualitative method of research. Qualitative research is where that the researcher is more interested into gaining information, insights or views about a certain topic, instead of just obtaining a set of facts which a quantitative research is usually concerned about (Johnson, 1994). In this study, the researcher is interested in the effect of outsourcing in a small outsourcing firm, and complete desired information can only be acquired if the researcher tries to understand the different views of all the people and systems that are involved in such a situation.

When it comes to this approach, knowledge, and facts are subjective and the researcher should have the skill to view such a complex situation into a simpler situation capable of being understood (Easterby-Smith, 2002).
