This response is pursuant to your request for leave to work on the Newborn Hope Foundation Charity event and search for funding towards the same.While the work you do for the Foundation is admirable and worthy of praise, it is unfortunate that Financial Solutions is not in a position to make as much of a big contribution as it always does towards the Foundation.

It is also regrettable that we cannot grant you leave to assist in coordinating this event this time round. The release of our Planning Guide 5.0 brings with it additional responsibilities and all team members will be pertinent in ensuring that it happens smoothly. You are required to interview clients and make numerous video testimonials documenting the success stories of other customers. Our new website launch is just six weeks away and its contents need to be ready for publication by then.

With an ailing economy and an already overstretched staff, we need to have everyone on board in order to make all these tasks successful. Our position as the global leader in on-demand financial planning and reporting software cannot allow us to compromise on quality; especially not on the launch of our most important product.We are therefore afraid we cannot grant you leave at this time of the financial year. However, as soon as the situation and circumstances change, we may be able to resume a more relaxed work program and maybe even contribute more towards charitable events.
