This will be through giving them the adequate information that the captain Morgan might contain the hydrocarbon rich gas. The marketing team will also be given enough knowledge and skills to bargain with the targeted customers on the composition and formation of the captain Morgan which contain more of the butane and propane unlike the ethane which they believe to be in greater percentage. The employee’s team will be enticed through the promises of better hours, bonuses and the additional perks. This will ensure that the employees are always motivated and thus they will not leave the company for better payment. Zz company will also prevent the live company from outweighing them by ensuring that they will not handle the main areas of their concern.zz company will handle themarketing,geographical,exploration and production by offering the competitive salary to employees,encouranging growth, open channel of communication, promoting balance,moltivating and engaging employees. The zz employees will not leave their job for the better salary because the company will ensure the personal career growth of all the employees. The company will offer a career advancement opportunity for all the employees through guiding them and placing them in their areas of specialization. This will help the employee to understand that they are much appreciated and it will even attract the employees from the live company to come and be employed by the zz company. The open channels of communication will encourage the employees in the zz company and they will feel more involved in the operations of the zz company. The zz company will develop a good communication channels and network between the employees and the decision makers which will make the employees to feel that they have a big role in the company. This will ensure that the employees are much connected with the management and it will build the credibility and trust between the employees and the company. The zz company will motivate and engage all the employees in the company’s affairs and they will be able to realize that their effort in t he company are realized. This will build a strong relationship which will ensure that the live company does not take advantage of the zz employee’s undervaluation. The employees will be devoted and focused in the company because they will always be sent the messages for the appreciation and confirmation for their good work. The promotion of the work balance will be ensured through enabling the employees to have an alternative work hours and working from home by helping them to balance their live and work needs. The zz company will also increase the number of workers to more than their usual eight. The increase of workers will reduce the worker load from the workers thus creating the room for the employee’s to perform the extra order work of the business life. The zz company will not lease more land and it will therefore ensure the infrastructure available will be utilized to drill as much wells as possible. The zz company will put all the measures in ensuring that the live company does not either lease its land nor adopt their policies toward the drilling of the more wells. The zz company will use the machines their machines used for drilling and hire the best machine from the live company to affect their drilling process. The zz company will also use all the tactics to get some of the lives employees through paying them well and giving them good incentives which will attract them to leave their job. The company will identify the best places in their land where they can drill their wells for the gas production. The will be by ensuring that these well produce enough gas which will be later marketed by their employees. The zz company will also pay the live company from the realized profit from the selling of the gas. Therefore, if the live company seeks a down payment, the zz company will pay the half of the debt and clear the dues after the sell of the gas. The cost of survey conducted by the seismic should also be harmonized through getting the cost effective surveyors. The zz company should also get the loan from the Pennsylvania’s government and other non-governmental organizations. The so company should use the land they lease to the other companies as the collateral for their loans. This will make sure that the adequate survey is carried out and the good places for the drilling of the wells are found. The company will get the loan from the government at a reasonable rate which will be paid by the profit and the cash realized from the selling of the gas. The zz company will also get more loans from the live company in form of the drilling machines. This will be an advantage to both the company and the employees of the zz company since they will learn the best skills and knowledge to be used in future during the drilling of more wells. This will also ensure that the live company will not be having the enough machines and their employees to drill their own wells. The company will agree with the live company to sell their first installment after the completion of every three wells in a year. The installments will be seventy five percent of the loan and the rest of the money to be paid after Zz Company have sold the gas produced from those wells. Nevertheless, the zz company will seek good relations from the live company since it is a big company worth billions of dollars. The good relationship will give the Zz Company enough and good chance to interact with the live company on the matters of the production, growth and development. This will ensure that the live company will not be always seeking ways to handle the marketing, geophysical, and actual exploration and production. The zz company will also buy good business ideas especially how to distill the oil and gas product. The idea of interaction with the live company will enable the zz company not to become the rival but their good role model. The best ideas bought from the live company will ensure that the zz company will grow as the most popular in the country and the best in the gas and the oil production. The zz company will also put me3asures on their labeling and the branding of their oil and gas so that the other rival company might not copy their techniques. The zz company will make sure that the services that they offer are of the best quality and quantity especially the gas which will never cause any danger to the people. The zz company will thus make sure that their cost for their oil and gas is reasonable such that the customers will not seek more and better places to buy the same goods. This will be accompanied by a unique branding and labeling of the oil and gas. The company will then ensure the good transportation system for their products which will be better than the one for the live company. The after sales services will be offered by the zz company ensure that the product reaches the customers conveniently and in good time. The zz will also improve its technology ranging from the way of drilling, exploration and production. The will improve the data strategy of the company and thus ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the production of the oil and gas by the zz company. The company will come up with a good distillation method will ensure the safety and instill confidence among the customers. The company will buy new machines alongside hiring the others from the live company to increase the production of the oil and the gas. The zz company will also open more industries for the distillation and purification of their oil and in the end it will expand the marketing strategies across the whole country. The company will also come up with several stations in which the peoples can get the products without straining. The money will be used to acquire the more land and employ the required employees. To avoid the completion and rivalry from the live company since it’s big in terms of the market share, the zz company will pay the lives debts after the other institutions. The zz company will agree on the future payment which will accrue much interest. This will be an achievement to the zz company since it will have gotten much market and improved on their level of production. Finally the zz company will put all the relevant measures ranging from good relations with their employees and customers, ensuring the use of good technology is used and also getting the financial support from the lending institutions and the live company for good production.
