The research tries to find out how the basic clinics in our society can be managed and be controlled by the use electronic medical records especially those found in the vulnerable places. The social determinants of health are well determined that provide an excellent literature review. The author examines various case studies as the methodology criteria to collect data which are in collective agreement to all the researchers. The findings nonetheless seem dissimilar to previous researchers, and they propose further research before any implementation can be done. It is significant if the recommendation of the research be further scrutinized since three cases cannot be used for validity of the study.
