First Proposal ment The decision for me to become a human resource manager was not actually my own; I have to confess. My brother, a human resource manager, spent the bulk of his time during our holiday gathering trying to discourage me from becoming an engineering major. He would say, “You will be a fantastic human resource manager because we have similar qualities.” Lastly, he persuaded me that this was my best choice. Even though I credit my brother with motivating my early decision, my continual increasing interest in this field and aspiration to continue my education has grown from two sources: managing professional workshops and seminars; supporting the executive managers’ duties; supervising labors and workers; and creating and managing events and national festivals.
I have learnt the hands-on side of my profession from my professor: the mass of laws that protect the rights of workers; functions of compensation systems; and procedures for collective arbitration and bargaining. My membership, on the other hand, has assisted me in acquiring people skills that are essential to being an effective human resource manager. Also, my membership has helped me to understand how resources are managed in a business. In the course of members meeting, I must learn how to make hard decisions concerning supervising labors and workers.
I delegate how labors and workers are supervised by a senior supervisor. It is educational and constantly challenging. These two sources, my membership and my professor, have succeeded in focusing me on a master’s career path. My career goal is to become a recruiter for an oil company or a general human resource manager. These are industries where I have forecast a potential for rapid growth in the future, because as population of businesses increases rapidly, more capable recruiters will be required to select potential employees who will fulfill the objectives of a business.
I have enjoyed every part of my bachelor’s degree in human resource management, and I am looking forward to a diversity of obstacles and tasks that I will face being a human resource manager in an ever changing world of business requirement. The possibility of working together with individuals on a daily basis appeals to me enormously. Working as a recruiter similarly interest me since it involves convincing prospective employees to work for the company I am working for. My experience would be useful and relevant to a career as a human resource manager.
University name exemplifies an attractive program that to me is a curriculum that is practical and, majority of the classes use software and computers that are particularly designed for human resource tasks. A master’s degree from this respectable university would be crucial in assisting me in attaining my goal of working for a huge company in applying my skills in managing workers in different working tasks. I request for you to look at my grades to see how I have performed in my undergraduate years.
My volunteering experience illustrates my increasing interest in working with labors and specifically delegating tasks to workers and making sure supervisors understand the importance of supervising labors and workers fairly. If accepted, I will bring university name a strong background in hands-on management and human resource experience. I am exceptionally dedicated to my career goals, and I believe that joining university name will help me achieve them.
