Communication within an organization either takes the form of internal communication or external communication. Proper communication is efficient, reliable, and saves time. Internal communication usually involves employees of a given organization right from the management level trickling down to departmental employees. On the other hand, external communication is always from a company to customers, potential employees, and the other way round. Presently, the majority of corporations have heavily invested in websites. Apart from internal and external communication, they are used for marketing goods and services that different companies offer. For illustration, the information presented on Saudi Aramco’s website reveals it is a state-owned company. It deals with the production and exporting of crude oil, natural gas, and many more. The current knowledge of the masses is that websites help companies to market themselves effectively as well as communicate with customers. However, more is needed to ensure that company websites perform their designated purpose. The organization and technology used in the creation of websites serve as an impediment to the success of various companies. An improper arrangement of the websites makes it hard for both customers and potential employees to obtain what they required with ease. Therefore, this makes most of them opt for companies that can quickly access the information they need.

In this study, selection bias stands out to be a great challenge based on information collected through observation and selected respondents. Making a distinction between competing and interpreting the results can pose a great challenge. Consequently, interpretation of this data will be a significant challenge at some point in the casual analysis.

Since websites regularly change over time, by the end of the study the findings might no longer be consistent. For instance, Saudi Armco might update almost everything on their website while Marathon Petroleum Corporation retain. It will make the study valid for only a short period. The reason is, it will no longer be reliable for comparison that existed a few days back.
