Personal Assessment Personal ment The biggest change that occurred was on my precision section. The pre CSFI score on precision had been 24 points. However this changed to 14 points showing an improvement of ten points. The change in my precision score from 24 to 14 is basically as a result of the more effort that I put on carrying out the assignments that were issued. This involved understanding my assignments and doing proper research work on the assignments so as to come up with proper results.

The other area where I also had tremendous improvement was the competition section. My pre CSFI score had been way above watch line at 29 points. However, my post CSFI score was at 19 which is below the watch line. The main factor that led to this is the change of attitude I had. I changed my attitude on how I viewed success and improved my willingness to work towards achieving success. This helped me in moving the score from 29 to19, an improvement of 10 points. College involvement score changed from 26 to 15 points showing an improvement of 9 points.

The main factor that I can attribute to this improvement of scores on the college involvement section is my improved connection and association with everyone in the college. This involved improving my socialization skills in order to improve the social connection I had with organizations in the college, fellow students as well as the tutors. It also involved interacting with each other in order to get to know and understand them better. The score of the expectations section also tremendously changed from pre CSFI score of 22 points to a post CSFI score of 14 points showing an improvement of 8 points.

The improvement in this particular section was because of my change of attitude on how I viewed success, doingdoing proper research on my assignments as well as getting to know and understand the collegeorganization, the purpose of coming to the college and what is expected each and every one of us in the institution. My scores on the task planning, wellness, family involvement and persistence sections also had slight improvements.The task planning section improved from a pre CSFI score of 20 to a post CSFI score of 15points indicating a five point improvement.

The main factor that made me improve in this section is the understanding of the importance of time management in every activity that I am involved in. This understanding made me plan of all the tasks that I had to undertake everyday so that I could accomplish them as soon as possible.My responsibility and control also improved from the original score of 20 to 13 points. Even though I had improvement in virtually all the sections, the wellness section and timemanagement section still had the highest post CSFI scores of 20 and 22 respectively.

These scoreswere below the watch line but I will have to focus on them for improvement. The time managementscore resulted from the fact that I was not able to follow my plan layout and I did not follow my plans and schedules to the later in order to finish my work ahead of deadlines. This therefore forced me into last minute hustles as I tried very hard to meet deadlines especially for assignments.
