The first step in the process is to make observations and analyze one’s profile.

This involves identifying the current culture as well as the preferred culture. In such a case, the candidates need to ask themselves if they do recognize their profile. It is good to come up with the specific observations that are supportive to the existing culture as well as the exact behaviors to fit the desired one. For development of concrete action, it is good to decide on what is to be done.

An analysis of the two examples shows great cases especially in defining both cultures and showing what they both represent. The current culture has been well explained to show its weaknesses; that it is discriminating to workers and reaps away all that they have. Its strengths are also well shown; how it stipulates procedures and rules, workflow maintenance, control and stability.
