Some of the key aspects that are copied by young children who are close to their parents includes good or bad driving, good or poor communication as well as communication skills among others. This paper discusses about Tom who was inspired by his dad car driving experience in his early age an aspect that made him to build his career and become a skilled driver later in his life. Tom, a boy who was a keen and a good boy was born in a family that had an average income. Based on his dad interest in driving and education, Tom used to be driven to the school every day in the morning and in the evening. His father, though a good driver who emulated the road signs and rules was a tough driver who drove with a high speed unless there was a traffic jam. During his trip to the school, Tom used to ask his father many questions as to why he was driving in that high speed and go between cars yet the car was not involved in an accident. His father did not lie to him but informed Tom that diligent and confident is the major aspect that a good driver is supposed to follow. This made Tom to have an interest in driving. Tom driving career in early age Tom’s dad was a person who wanted his children to develop their career at their early ages. During the holidays, Tom used most of his free time driving with James, his father. In this way, Tom closely interacted with his father and he was in a better position to ask all the disturbing questions that he was asking as they were driving to and from the school. His father on the other hand, allowed Tom to drive in flat areas where there were no cars in order to avoid accidents. Most notably, the father taught Tom on all the aspects of driving including the physical parts of a motor vehicle and the road signs. When being taught by his father Tom used to disturb him with all sought of questions. Being eager to know how to drive and become an excellent driver, Tom loved the way his father drove the family and this inspired him. Whenever the car could get a puncture, James would repair the puncture and the journey would continue without delay. The basic mechanic process that Tom’s dad used to undertake any time the car experienced problems inspired Tom since he would look at his father going down the car and try to make things work in the right manner. Tomas a trainee in the driving school Though Tom’s dad used to allow Tom to drive in lowlands and where their were no vehicles, his father one day as they were driving from school to home asked Tom whether he would like to join a driving school and get a license which will prove that Tom is a driver. During his early days, Tom used to tell his dad that when he grow up he would like to be a driver and thus having in mind that the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams (Eleanor, 20). This inspired Tom leading to her joining the driving school when they broke up for the first term. The day that Tom joined the driving school meant the career of becoming a professional driver was now being natured. This was portrayed during the course since the tutors used to tell him that he is a driver already since his ability of negotiating the corners and the speed showed that he had a talent. Tom used to tell them that his dream career is to be a driver and not just a driver but a professional driver. As the days went by, Tom used to be among the list of student who were creative in the road test and those who were taught the basic mechanic course and ready to implement what he was taught. Tomas an instructor in the driving school Due to the ability to drive and be an excellent driver in the driving school, Tom was given a kind of internship in the driving school so that other students would emulate him. This made the family members to feel good since they were aware of Tom’s talent which all the way through it has not been discovered. The students who joined together with Tom used to gaze at him when driving since they used to say that it was not a normal away to drive as he did. During this period as the instructor in the driving school, Tom used to handle other students in a polite way giving all the tips on what one can do during an accident or when one gets a puncture and while driving at a high speed. During this period Tom got experience from his daily work and where a problem emanated used to get clarification from other teachers from the school. When Tom was not in the driving school, he used to borrow his father car and Tom used to go in hilly areas practicing on his own. Tom’s participation in a motor vehicle driving competition While still instructing other students in the driving school Tom heard about a competition that was to be held and the winner was to receive a gift from the sponsors and still get a trophy. This made Tom to be excited though on the other hand, the family had a Formula 1 Grand Prix that would be used in the competition. Tom went to his dad and told him about a competition that was to be held. As a father who wanted to exploit the talent of his son, he bought him a new Formula 1 Grand Prix that Tom had to use in the competition. The family together with the driving school used to give him time to practice and they inspired him that he will emerge a winner and ready to provide everything that Tom needed the competition. All the driving techniques taught from the driving school had to use them and to be creative while driving ready to drive fast and to go between the cars as taught by his father. Tom as one of the best drivers When the day of competition reached, Tom prepared well and took all the necessary tools needed while driving and during a competition. Tom took the family members and the driving school tutors and they headed to the competition. All the other competitors were well known but Tom was only unique person with a model that was not so expensive. As the competition begun, Tom did not start with high speed but as time went by Tom used to move fast and again moving in hilly areas did not post threat to him since he had practiced enough. Tom was declared to be the winner of the competition thus having in the mind that the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. Works Cited Eleanor, R.
