My sister endured a serious nervous breakdown which almost resulted in mental illness. It was very serious as she could not recognize people around her well.As that was not enough, my brother got detained for a case he thought had already been settled and he was later deported in June 2009 after spending 22 years in that country. The last issue that affected me was that of my husband when he went out of work for almost two years and at that moment we had our young children aged 2 and 3 years. With all these experiences in 2009, it was very difficult for me to concentrate on the program, I felt as if everything was down on me.

As for now, we thank God for his favor and mercies. My sister got better and she started working, my brother managed to settle down and my husband got a job and is currently working. I am recovering well and I thank the Almighty for his favor upon me. All my experiences in that duration made me have this thirst and urge to come back and I am more than ready to pursue my degree in social work after working in social service for quite a long time.
