Qn Personality Five personality traits that are inherent in me include the ability to be honest in any situation. In addition, I take responsibility of my actions since I realize that we make mistakes while engaging in different activities. On the other hand, I espouse the personality trait of adaptability and compatibility to any situation that I found myself in, which makes me fit in any environment and enables me to make friends with strangers easily. Patience is another inherent personality trait that has helped me in many situations in life. Finally, I am conscientious, and I take great care and caution in life. I find my posture as the most important physical attribute in my life. In addition, the endurance that ensures that I participate in tough physical activities for long is another physical attribute I liked in my life. On the other hand, I find my body as evenly built with the features being proportional to each other. I also consider myself as one who is slow to aging. Finally, I find myself very flexible. The most important thing I need to change is my perfectionism nature. I should realize that we do not exist in a perfect world and accept failure. Similarly, I need to be more courageous in life and accept all challenges that were thrown my way. On the other hand, I find myself as a person who loses the drive and motivation to move ahead despite the challenges that are my way. In effect, this has prevented me to achieve many milestones in life, and I need to change this trait. Importantly, I should instill persistence and the personality trait of optimism in order to achieve a lot in life. Qn. 2: Homosexuality Biological theories of homosexuality fit into the discussion about reproduction and sexuality. In this case, these theories only worked to alienate the homosexuals from the society and only classify them as the ‘other’ people who were different from what the society considered the normal. In this case, the theories explained the causes of homosexuality while also working towards excluding homosexuals from the society as a peculiar practice. Despite all this, the theories also played a significant role in advocating for homosexuality with each theory being a specific therapy as a cure for homosexuality. The issue of abortion has been one of the most controversial issues in the history of the United States. The issue has made the discussion focus on two opposing sides in the debate with one side being pro-life while the other side is pro-choice. Nonetheless, there are pros and cons that abound in each side of the debate. For the pro-choice group, the greatest pro is that their argument has a theological basis. In addition, this group’s other advantages is that it seeks to conserve good morals in the society. However, the major disadvantage for this group is that it fails to respect the place of the woman in the debate since it eliminates the possibility of considering the procurement of an abortion by all circumstances. On the other hand, the main advantage of this side in the debate is that this pro-choice side respects the need for an individual to make choices in their life. Hence, this group in the debate recognizes the importance of ensuring that women’s rights were respected, and the choice of an abortion was left to them. However, this side of the debate has one disadvantage in that the side may appear to promote teenage pregnancies since pregnant teenagers will find easy ways of terminating the abortion. Qn. 3: Experiences In many instances, we fail to discover ourselves and end up not knowing the levels that we can achieve when we are pushed to the wall. In line with this, it is always important to ensure that we underwent personal reflections that will make us realize the levels that we can stretch in instances that we should achieve much in life. I recently had what I would call a ‘moment’ with myself and I noted that I had not realized the important things that I could achieve in life, which made me realize that there should be no boundaries to achieving the best things that life had to offer. One thing that I came to realize when I was in the ‘moment’ was that I tended to hold back in life, which made me fail to realize the maximum potential that I had within me. In this case, my decision to hold back made me fail to exploit the talents and strengths that I possessed. Perhaps this was due to the fear of failing in activities that I carried out in my life. However, I have come to realize that this fear is not built on anything, but the inability to initiate things. In this case, I could not take any initiative to start a project and see it to its completion. On the other hand, the failure to take initiative might be a result of the failure to be confident about life and the limits that one can achieve when overstretched or a circumstance that required a person to show character. Nonetheless, I also find that I might not be trustworthy to people, which may make me lack and fail to take the initiative in activities that I carried out, which should be important as one cannot work and operate alone in life. Despite these negative experiences, I realize that there are some inherent traits that I can exploit to ensure success in life. In this case, I am imaginative and I have a knack for identifying the minute aspects in issues. In this case, the imaginative mind can become a turn-around, and I can use it to develop and engage in projects that were beneficial in my life. In this regard, the imagination can help me develop projects that were foolproof, and that can help me change the course of life for some people in some peculiar aspects. I should exploit this imaginative mind and giant within me in order to achieve significant milestones in life. On the other hand, the knack for identifying the diminutive aspects in life should also be put to practice. In this regard, I should ensure that I identified all the nitty-gritty details in an aspect, and I should even start with my life since it is the most important thing towards working for effectiveness. On the other hand, I realized that the failure to work out these minute issues might be the reason that held me back and prevented me from achieving milestones in life. However, I am ready to work out these smaller, but important issues that will help me achieve a lot in life. My moment helped me realize that I should trust people more than I did trust them before. I need to be confident that other people, especially those that I am working with in a project, had enough capabilities to ensure the success of a project that we undertook. Despite my ability to recognize the diminutive aspects of something abstract, I should work towards ensuring that I identified strengths in each person and exploit that strength so that we can achieve a lot as a team.
