The leaders motivate the followers by pointing out the positive outcome of a goal. They also offer monetary benefits or some kind of remuneration to the followers in order to achieve the specific goal.

When we set a goal, we must understand that the goal should be practical and achievable. The goals should be realistic and should not be mere fantasies. Many great leaders set goals by understanding their potential to work toward them. Before setting a goal, a leader studies the goal and understands its negative and positive sides. As these people are skillful and tactful, they analyze the goal from different angles and set strategies to achieve this goal. If the goal is clear, then the action need to achieve it becomes apparent. Clear goals also allow a leader to make a credible decision and make an appropriate plan of action at the right time in the right way.
