Begin Training Introduction Email has evolved as strategic marketing tool for the businesses in the age of intense market competition (Sterne and Priore, 2000). The people heading to enter the dynamic world of marketing much be well aware and trained to make maximum possible use of this tool in order to improve the marketing process outcomes. The course intends to train the marketing professionals for making proficient and appropriate use of email marketing by gaining clearer understanding of the importance and place of email in the modern day marketing. The course highlights the importance and place of email marketing and allows the attentions to build their email marketing skills to efficiently utilize this facility. The following plan features the implementation level steps involved in the preparation and completion of the course. Preparation for the Teachers Facilitator Plan The facilitators must have knowledge and command over use of email including Microsoft Outlook. The facilitators much have good oral communication skills with high level of patience. They must be able to handle PCs, Laptops and Tablets. Identification The training would be provided by experience marketing professional. They must have qualification as well as working experience in the field of digital marketing so that they can utilize their experience to provide course attendants clear concepts of strategies and tools related with email marketing. The teachers are also required to have working experience of email marketing from the planning to outcome evaluation stage. Schedule Seven sessions would be arranged for the preparation of the teachers. Each of the session would be 3 hour long with 2 breaks of 15 minutes each. The training of the teachers would be conducted at the University Building during which the teachers will also check the number of computers, seating arrangements and internet connection required to conduct the training. The wireless connection and other communication devices would be checked and tested so that the teacher would have no problem to handle these during the course. Train the Trainer The train the trainer program would be administered by the academy administration officer Derek Jones. He will send the emails to the trainers informing them about the schedule of the training session that will start 2 week before the first class of the course and will end before four days. The trainers would be provided with complete details of the training session and they would be asked to confirm their presence as per the given schedule. The teacher training session will provide clear overview to the goals and purpose of the course. The trainers would be asked about the equipment and other course material need to assure its availability right from the first day of the course. All the teachers/trainers would be provided with IDs. During the training sessions they have to make list of the key concepts and issues to be covered in the course. The trainers have to develop a schedule and time table to assure that they will cover all the topics within the available classes and time. Creating an Agenda The course objective would be demonstrated and discussed with the trainers to come up with a commonly agreed agenda for the course. All the activities and training provided during the course is restricted to follow the decided agenda to make sure that the course will meet the desired outcomes and the course attendants will attain the skills and knowledge that the course promised to provide them. Preparation for the Student Learner Plan The learner plan intends to addresses the issues and problems at the end of the course attendants and aims to provide the solution of the problems that might occur during the time of commencement of the course. Identification The course attendants are required to have basic computer and internet operating skills. They should also have access to employee email accounts to practice email marketing. The course attendants would be invited to attend the course through variety of methods like referrals, email marketing, web advertisements, broachers and flyers etc. The students having marketing background would be preferred and encouraged to attend the course. Schedule The course timings would be mentioned in the course outline that would be provided to the students at the time of enrolment to the course. The will be no more than 7 students in one group. In this way, one trainer is supposed to provide training to maximum seven students. The classes would be three hour long and would be held in the Academy building lab equipped with all the devices and connections required for the training of email marketing. The attendants would be given 2 breaks of 15 minutes each during which they can only move inside the academy building. The attendance of the students would be taken in each class. There would be total 12 classes during the course and it would be mandatory for the attendants to attend 10 classes to become eligible to get the certificate for attending the course. Pre Course Communication The course attendants would be send email and text messages to confirm the timings of the first class a week before the beginning of the course. They would be required to respond to the emails to confirm their attendance. The student providing confirmation would be officially listed as course attendants. After getting the confirmation, the facilitator will send some study material and background notes to the students to make them familiar about the issues and concepts that they will came across during the source. A code of conduct to be followed during the course would also be provided to the student via email before the starting of the course. Tracking At the end of the course, the attendant would be required to pass some tests and evaluation process to show what they have learnt from the course. The attendants would be provided with the certificate with official stamp of the academy in which they key achievements of the course would also be listed. The trainers will keep the record of all the certificates in the academy database. Begin Training The class will start with the attendance after which the trainer will introduce him to the students and will tell them about this qualification and expertise level. The course attendants would also be asked to introduce them. The attendants would be seated in front of the PCs from where they can see the power point presentations that the trainer have created to explain them email marketing concepts.
