Dear Teacher , First of all I would like to apologize for failing your Global Awareness 2 I must admit that I did not do as well as I had hoped, but please let me explain some of the reasons why I did not pass the course.I originally failed Global Awareness 1 last semester but passed after retaking it. The reason why I believe that I had to take the course twice was the information was new to me and I could not comprehend it. Added to this was the fact that I was a new student to the university, and all new students take a while to get used to how an education facility works.

Before I began Global Awareness 2, I knew that it would be a struggle for me but I was determined to try my best and even push for a B grade. However, I once again could not keep up in class because I did not understand the concepts that you presented. I would have appreciated it if you could have taught a little bit slower for people like me who struggle to keep up. When I did the writing exercise, you did not make any comments I my first draft so I did not change too much for the final copy.

Then when I turned in the final copy and received my grade, I was shocked to discover that I had got such a low grade. Also, for the final exam, you did not give us any writing exercises in class so I did not pay much attention to this. Then when I took the final exam, I had little idea what to do. Disappointingly, I also received a low grade on this exam.I would ask you to take my circumstances into account and reconsider my grade for this course. I believe that with the right conditions, I would have passed this course quite easily.
