He can do this by starting a simple chat, by talking about anything in general. He will get accustomed to them as a result. By doing so, he not only understands their areas of interest, what topics to cover, what terms and explanations to give but will also feel relaxed the entire time during the address.According to Irvah Lester (Winter, 2005), voice training is an integral factor in speech giving. A person who wishes to have an authoritative voice has no option but to put extra effort into achieving one.

A well-trained vocal is interesting enough and will make those being addressed attracted and be attentive during the entire presentation. The training also helps in the reduction of strain and hoarseness of the same. Words often come out in a clear manner and thus cases of the annoying cases of ambiguity are minimized.
