Issues arise specifically when the business side of this field is considered. Despite the fact that treatments are highly complex and expensive, patients are reluctant to accept it. Patients willingly opt for the cheapest treatment and later curse the dentists for the “not-so-appealing” results. Much of such cases find their roots in the economically and educationally backward communities. Challenges are exaggerated by the people of poor socio-economic background. Dentists tend to operate remaining within the domain of the fee they are going to be paid at the end of it, which comes as a compromise on the level of treatment. “The best leaders realize that they can’t do everything and that they can’t do everything well.” (Levin, 2010).
