In fact, in the backdrop of the absence of qualified persons, organizations were rather compelled to hire whatever human resources were available to them, train them and induct them for the execution of specific jobs. Today, however, the scenario has changed and big corporate institutions as well as small enterprises pay specific attention to recruit only candidates with required educational qualifications and other skill sets.
Thus, the aspect of education has gained significance as the most determining factor in the hiring process of human resources in the modern world. Countries like UK and the US are outsourcing a lot of work to developing nations like China and India. Though profitability due to cheapness of labor in these countries may be one of the reasons that are normally attributed to such a tendency, it becomes conspicuous that there is another side to this theory if one thinks in the right perspective. It appears that the so called developed counties are drained of talent. This mainly stems from the reason that younger generation is ignoring the aspect of education in these countries and is rather focusing on extraneous matters like partying and merrymaking. The absence of proper education and grooming seems to be taking their toll in such countries.
In the present day world, there has been an exponential growth in science and technology and the resultant heavy influx of innovations have entailed a large number of job opportunities.
