Liz is the best person based on this principle. Based on the principle of beneficence, the decision needs to contribute to the welfare of the person. This is because of her personal commitments and financial problems According to this principle also, Liz is the best candidate. The principle of justice means that treating as equal with their differences and able to give a rationale for the difference in treatment (Kitchener, 1984).
