It is also necessary to understand the ways in which international trade changes under the process of maritime logistics. The purpose of any research proposal is to enhance the capability of students to individually undertake critical research and reflect an understanding of the research project.
In this assignment, a brief idea of the dissertation, research questions and key focus area are provided. In doing so, the rationale of the research and its related literature review have also been taken up.
In order to reach consumers on a global basis, bulk commodities and finished goods today both require mass movement. This makes maritime movement, or carriage of goods by sea a major logistic event and over the years, maritime transport has evolved to meet specific requirements both for speedy and safe transport of all kinds of material- liquids, solids and special kinds of shipments.
Supply chain partners are critical in the success of any business, in both upstream as well as downstream operations.
