During my first year of LLB Law, I have acquired knowledge in Contract Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional law, Administrative Law, Studying Law and Critical Context. I am therefore, capable of determining whether there is a formation of contract between the parties, while dealing with contract litigations. In criminal cases, I am sufficiently conversant with the law to be able to establish when there is a murder, attempt to murder, manslaughter, rape, fraud, burglary, negligence and so on.
Since, I have worked in several medical practices as a receptionist, I consider myself equipped to handle cases of medical negligence. I believe I can significantly aid in the further development of your new branch of medical negligence practice.
